Lugh Creative is a specialist themactic lighting production company. Responsible for the Loughcrew Light festival which focuses on bringing narratives to life thorugh interpretation using light, shadow, sound, installation and imagination.

We use a range of projectors to bring our graphics and films to life. Ranging from large industrial projectors to small intimate set ups we cater for whatever our creations demand

We offer a range of programmable, coloured and outdoor rated equipment including light bars, wash lights, pars, strips and spots
Dynamic Lighting
Mixing music with moving heads has helped us to bring scenes to life and add an even further depth to our set pieces, immersing our visitors in a new world of magical lighitng
Loughcrew Light Festival
Lugh Creative made its humble beginnings by first running Loughcrew’s Alice in Wonderland themed lightshow in 2021. From the experience of running this event Lugh Creative was born and has since seen its work promoted across nationwide media, from The Guardian to the RTE 6 o’clock news.
About the company
Lugh Creative is all about electric light.
It can be easy to get lost in the installations, music, materials and magic but at the heart of it all is the foundations of light. Lugh Creation all came about following a journey around various lighting events where the magic of what is possible, and how this ignites the imagination has led to a multi year immersion into the world of electric light. This has ultimately inspired the Loughcrew Light spectacle in Co. Meath and continues to provide insirpation for us to move forward and constantly look at blowing the socks of our vistors whenever possible!
Last year’s show focused on the dreamscape of Alice in Wonderland and this year we are aiming to bring the story a bit closer to home and more personal to the local area. Celtic Myths and Legends looks at interpreting the magic of some of the best known Celtic heroes, villians and stories to a new audinence with the aim to educate, inspire and amaze our visitors, regardless of age, ability or interest.
